are usually at least10% below the regular discount received and in some cases
such as with School Specialty the discount averages 37% verses the usual 20%.

products are bid by the AEPA (American Purchasing Association). This group of 23 states attracts some of the
lowest bids due to the fact that it represents over 20 million students.

Reasonable cost
